Her Anointing
She does not have to earn her beauty or prove it. She does not have to be healed enough or put together enough to be worthy of being honored. She only has to come. This is Her Anointing - a sacred space to receive what God says is true about her, and to be adorned in the wholeness she already carries.
She Is Fearfully and Wonderfully Made
Not in spite of the seasons she has walked through - because of them. The grief shaped something in her. The loss deepened something. The long waiting formed something that ease never could have. She is not less beautiful for what she has carried. She is more wholly herself. That is the truest kind of beauty.
